He died on Thursday, February 23, 2017 in Texarkana.Leon was a Baptist, former employee of Lone Star Steel, a diesel mechanic and owned K&L Stump Removal in Daingerfield.He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Kim Belcher.Survived by his wife Kathy Seay of Cookville; children Tracie Lewis, Shawna Seay, Dana Seay, Patricia Meciner and Greg Seay; brother Willie Seay; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.There will be no services.
