Graveside services for Betty Sue Simpson, 75 of Maud will be 10 A.M. Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Bradfield Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Aubrey McRae officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Betty was born on July 4, 1945 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Wallace Clifton and Zenobia White. She died on Wednesday, June 16, 2021.She was a member of Three Crosses Church in New Boston and a homemaker.Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband J. T. Simpson and brother James Earl Wright.Survived by her daughters Michelle Savell and husband Ricky of Douglasville, Denise Hart and husband Jason of Maud; sister Arlene Coffman of Campbell; brothers Lewis Wright of Jenkins and Tony Wright of Kentucky; 5 grandchildren Morgan Brady of Hughes Springs, Destinee Kohlman of Texarkana, Arkansas, Justin Beasley of Douglasville, Ashton McGee of Texarkana, Arkansas and Cody Savell of Douglasville; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Family will receive friends from 5 till 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFH.com
