Services for Brenda Joyce Leftwich, 70 of Lone Star will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Church on the Rock with Bro. Randy Seybert and Bro. Cass Bowker officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 1:00 PM until time of service. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Hughes Springs.Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Brenda was born on March 2, 1950 in Lamar, CO. to John and Iris Lindstorm Manly. She died on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.She was a member of Church on the Rock and worked as a waitress and cook.She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband John Leftwich and several brothers and sisters.Survived by her children sons, Kyle McAlister and wife Maria of Kilgore, Dusty Leftwich of Lone Star, daughter Gerri Taylor and husband Kenith of Lone Star; sisters, Wanda Stanford of Weatherford, Marilyn Bowker and husband Ronnie of Mabank and Lillie Gurule of Lamar, CO.; 8 grandchildren, Shauna, Rachel, Juan, Erika, Teddy Joe, Martie, Lexie John, Alicia; two great grandchildren, Sebastien and Elizabeth and several nieces and nephews.
