Brad Rountree and Bro. Harry Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Leesburg Cemetery in Pittsburg. He died on Monday, April 25, 2016 in Hughes SpringsCurtis was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lone Star, veteran of the U S Navy, member of the Dekalb Masonic Lodge, retired from Lone Star Steel, owner of the Bluegrass Pickin Place and an avid Daingerfield Tiger FanHe was preceded in death by his parents, wife Doris Landers Rountree, son Curtis Yarberry, brothers E.W. Rountree, Jr., Patman Rountree, Frank Rountree and Gaynor Rountree, sister Joan Gunter, grandchildren Rosie Cook and Rex Ryan, Jr. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law Prissy and Ray Durrin, Cathy and Larry Williams, Leslie Sloan, Anita and Paul Wilson; brother Rex Rountree, sisters Kathryn Conley, Joyce and Raymond Ryan, Linda and Jimmy Monts; sisters-in-law Colleene Rountree and Gigi Rountree; 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 10:00 till 11:00 A.M. Friday at the church
