Scott Darby officiating.Debra was born on December 13, 1954 in Naples to Bobby and Ima Dean Collins. She died on February 7, 2020.She was preceded in death by her mother, Ima Dean Collins, the father of her sons Leo Sampson, sister Barbara Briggs and brother Robert Collins.Survived by her husband Danny Luton, sons Michael Sampson, Terry Sampson and wife Joni and their children Christianm Caleb, Trevor, Chloe, Taylor and Trinity, Ricky Sampson and wife Maria and their children Alexus, Matthew, Ricky, Vannessa, Daniel and Samantha; father Bobby Collins; brothers William Mills and Tony Collins; sister Rhonda Starr. Many nieces and nephews.
