Thursday, May 31, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Daingerfield with Bro. Norman Crisp officiating. Burial will be in the Daingerfield Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Frances was born on January 26, 1927 in Reily Springs, Texas to Roy E. and Cecil Williams Starrett. She died on Monday, May 28, 2018 in Sulphur Springs.She was a member of First Baptist Church in Daingerfield.Frances was preceded in death by her parents, husband J.C. Wellborn, son Jimmy Wellborn, daughter Brenda Richardson, sisters Bobbie McKissick and Syble Summers, brothers James J. Starrett and Juble Starrett.Survived by her special son-in-law Bruce Richardson and friend Crystal Roberts of New Boston; 3 grandchildren Jamie Baird and husband Shawn of Hughes Springs, Cindy Yokum and husband Michael of Daingerfield, Wendy Marlang and husband Dennis of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, Scott Wellborn,; 2 brothers Gayle Starrett and wife Jessie of Carrolton, Doyle Starrett and wife Helen of Sulphur Springs; several nieces and nephews.Family will receive friends Thursday from 1 till service time at the church.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFh.com
