Family will receive friends from 1 till service time at the church.Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.James was born on June 6, 1954 in Gardner, Mass. to Amos Allen and Teresa Alice DuBose. He died on Monday, January 15, 2018.James worked for the City of Daingerfield for 16 years in the public works department. He graduated from Pine Tree High School.James was preceded in death by his parents and son Gene DuBose.Survived by his wife Carol DuBose of Daingerfield; daughter Jamie DuBose and Seth Kirby of Palestine; son Steven Allen and Catt Dubose of Longview; sister Dora Butts of Kilgore; grandchildren Wesley DuBose, Melissa DuBose, Marcia DuBose, Ryan Nicholson, Abbie Donaldson, Chase DuBose, Kikku Kirby, Jayden DuBose, Jaylee DuBose and Bobby DuBose; 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFH.com
