Services for Odie Mae Harris, 87 of Daingerfield will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, March 12, 2020 at South Union Baptist Church with Bro. Chad Thompson and Bro. Neal Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Clark Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Odie mae was born August 1, 1932 in Daingerfield to Mack and Odie Walker. She died on Monday, March 9, 2020.Mrs. Harris was a lifetime member of South Union Missionary Baptist Church. She started her secretarial career at Lone Star Steel Company and later retired from George Brabham Insurance Agency after 25 years of service.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Lonnie O. "Potsy" Harris.Survived by her daughters Teresa Bohannon and husband Dale of Calvert, Texas, Tammy Hawkins and husband Mike of Hughes Springs, Texas; brother Alvin Walker and wife Glenda of Daingerfield; sisters Annie Mack Moore of Daingerfield, Sonya Derrick and husband Bob Gilley of Longview; 5 grandchildren Sonya Hall and husband Nick, MacKenzie Smith and husband Joey, Cody Hawkins, Cole Bohannon and wife Kali, Amber Beltran and husband David; 8 great grandchildren Dillon Denmon, Dalton Hall, Lane Hall, Ryleigh Denmon, Allie Smith, Briana Beltran, Monica Beltran and Blaikely Bohannon; several nieces and nephews.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 P.M.
