    Pauline Laverne Leach HayesDaingerfield- Funeral services for Pauline Laverne Leach Hayes, 100 of Daingerfield will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Daingerfield with Bro. Don Ross officiating. Burial will be at 2:15 in Restlawn Memorial Park in Sulphur Springs, Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Pauline born in Sulphur Springs, TX on January 25, 1915 to the late James A. and Susan Anne Leach. She graduated Sulphur Springs High in 1933 and married Charles Maxie Hayes that same year where she made her home until moving to Daingerfield, TX in 1953. They were married for 70 years before Maxie's death in 2004. She died May 12, 2015 shortly after her 100th birthday in Sugar Land, TX.Pauline was a devoted wife, Mother, and lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Daingerfield where she enjoyed participating in the spiritual and social events and was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it. She was a loyal Daingerfield Tiger fan, attending every game whether near or far or wet or cold. Although the Tigers were special, she was a true blue Dallas Cowboy fan and she knew every screen and player moves. One of her fondest memories was touring the new ATT Cowboy Stadium and attending the Thanksgiving Day game.She enjoyed camping, fishing, wild game hunting, tending the vegetable garden and flowers, specially loving her roses. Pauline was a gracious hostess, accomplished cook, and talented seamstress. Pauline is survived by son Charles Michael and Diana Hayes of Escondido, CA , daughters Sharon Hayes Franklin Johnston of Sugar Land, TX and Marilyn Hayes Drouillard of Cypress, TX, eight grandchildren Stacy Franklin Hulsey of Arlington, TX, Michelle Franklin Barton of Sugar Land, TX , Chad Hayes of Deer Park TX, Jared Hayes of Holly Springs, NC, Charlie Alleman Roman of Rancho Cucamongo, CA, Brandon Nix of Hughes Springs, TX, Kevin and Craig Drouillard both of Cypress, TX, and nine great grandchildren Carson and Kenzie Hulsey, Cassidy Hayes, Danica and Renth Hayes, Haley Mae Roman, Christopher, Chelsea, and Courtney Nix and a host of nieces and nephews. Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Maxie Hayes, son James Randal daughter Beverly Nix Allen, and son-in-law Mike Johnston. She will forever be in our hearts.Family will receive friends from 5 till 7 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
